The two main Mijas Golf courses are: Los Lagos and Los Olivos. Los Lagos: 6,367 metres, par 72, Handicap 28/36 Los Lagos is the longest of the two courses at Mijas Golf. This was designed by Robert Trent Jones. It features 9 lakes, some challenging sand traps and although there are wide fairways, there are some trees which can trip you up. Suitable for amateurs but will demand concentration from all levels of player. Los Olivos varies from Los Lagos - it has less water hazards, smaller, raised greens and the course is shorter. This course has narrower fairways and as with the name, it has Olive trees both sides.
